In the old wooden house of the merchant Suranov you will learn about the history of the Kolomna marshmallow which in 18-19th centuries brought renown to the modest town near Moscow. A summer theatrical program introduces visitors to the traditions of tea drinking in merchant houses.
The Blacksmith Museum boasts a unique collection of 6000 Russian forged items that have been uncovered by Ilya Lebedev. Discover the development of blacksmithing over a number of centuries. Many of the exhibits are unique and the collection itself has no equal in Russia. Tour length – 3 hours.

Trip to the Marshmallow Factory
During the trip you will travel through time to 1903 and visit the marshmallow factory of merchant Pyotr Chuprikov in Kolomna. A confectioner and an apprentice guide the tour. Learn the traditions of authentic Kolomna marshmallow making, meet the owner of the factory and the gardener of the estate; stop by the fruit storage and the mysterious 18th century basements. An exquisite tea-drinking party awaits you at the Raspberry Hall. Tour length – 2 hours.

Visit exhibitions of ancient firearms and artillery, and defensive and siege weaponry. Ascend to the top of the observation deck where you will find the exhibition "Marinkina Room" with a tale of legends from the "Time of Troubles" and a crossbow shooting show.
